forgot to upload it for some time.. a pretty basic tutorial for quite new users how to start painting in Photoshop in general. Covers issues like how to adjust and use a pencil sketch, what to paint with, some useful shortcuts, layer blending etc.

just some general stuff, I plan to add some more soon :)

Awesome tut! Seriously! I've been using photoshop for a little while now, but I still haven't really figured anything out on it yet, so this was extreamly helpful.
Do you color under the line art?

thanks, glad you enjoyed it :) and yes, under the lineart (on multiply layer, if scanned, so the white is transparent).

Ok, neat. I'll have to try this. It seems like it would make my life easier since I don't own a tablet yet. I have to color with a mouse.
