i wanted to make it some time ago as i promised it to some people..

those pictures show the progress i did since joining DA (i know, i subscriped in summer 2003, but sent my first art around september). the choice is not random here, i chose only my more realistic attempts, for which i didn't use any reference at all and the ones i was proud of at the time i painted them.

the first one only my hardcore watchers can remember, i deleted it years ago; second one - eloise - is still in my gallery even though it has awful mistakes and is terribly flat, i still have some sentiment for it.. third one was never finished, but i remember how proud i was of drawing it from scratch, including colours.. not as flat as before.. the last one is the current picture i'm working on, so it's still unfinished, but i believe in drawing this face i achieved a lot.. last year i've been reading LOTS about colours theory and practiced skintones.. it's still not what i'm aiming for, but reaching it from scratch in around 3 hours is something i'm really fond of.

it's like 3 years anniversary in some way

so, it's also for those of you who keep complaining you'll be never as good as some artists.. just see where i started, and believe me, this one was one of the best i could do 3 years ago

will scrap soon, just don't know if those people who wanted to see it watch my scraps or not.

juz chcialem napisac, ze te prace z 2003 sa lepsze, ale zobaczylem ta babeczke z bialymi wlosami co zostawia krwiste slady na scianie i mnie urzekla. Ma jakos tak niespotykanie mila twarz. I wogole jakby miala czerwone teczowki to by byla najsliczniejsza na swiecie poniewaz albinoski sa piekne.
