I thought I can upload it here as well, although I'm still unsure whether I prefer a version with or without her wand..

Anyway, I worked on this piece since.. January or something. Not constantly of course, during my free time I just managed from time to time to work on it. And after all those months I kept repainting it multiple times too, for example her face was completely repainted at one point, when I felt there's no point working anymore on an old one. Also there were like 4 or 5 versions of hair haircut. I've learnt a lot on this piece through all this time.

It's a private commission, it depicts a character from Guild Wars, named Shanaeri Rynale. I didn't check the fanart section, because her whole image has been altered by me. It's based on who she is more than how she actually looks in game, meaning the dress is of my own design, inspired by general mesmer look in there, same as her haircut (no loose, long haircut for mesmers in GW I'm afraid). The only thing really similar to her ingame look is her staff. Added later onn demand (same as eyes made brown, they were first blue than green originally).

no references used (it's painted on a pencil sketch, which you can see below, in a link), which makes me quite proud and sad at the same time (with a proper reference I could make her anatomy flawless, without it there are still some issues, but well), some custom textured brushes used everywhere to give it more depth though.

and yes, drawing the plants nearly killed me and took me more than straight two days.
