For each challenge we interchangeably give ourselves an idea or topic to illustrate and a short, specified time to execute it in whatever shape or form... of course, without knowing what the others are going to come up with.
This week's topic is *vinegar's idea: Sensual Limbo. The title came from the Video Game Name generator (one of many online) which showed "Sensual Limbo Underworld" and the composition of the words seemed intriguing.

Disclaimer: This piece was actually finished before the Sandy Hook Massacre, we had a one week delay with the challenge. However I think it accidentally could be viewed as a work on the topic. Even though it wasn't made as one, it certainly shares some of the feelings I had regarding the whole thing. My deepest condolences to the families, this is an unimaginable tragedy.

I know it's something pretty unusual from me when you look at my gallery here.. then again my gallery here doesn't show even half of the ideas I have and styles I want to try.. It's one of those pieces..
Still unfinished, so it's more like a thumbnail of actual work. I was trying to find a good composition, a balance of colours and textures (I use my own or from CGTextures as a background, then I paint on them to have a more varied surface). The girl is pretty much finished though, she and the stone were the first elements I started with, the rest just sort of "grew" around them.
